FAQ

I’m having a hard time finding a MOLLE bottle pouch that will fit this. anyone have any luck?

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007IWKUHQ will fit the bottle with it’s standard cap in the main compartment… barely. However, it won’t close if you hook up a hydration adapter for it, or even a camp cup around the bottom like you can with the 32oz bottle. If you just want something to carry a full bottle from point A to B, with accessories in the front pouch but not attached to the bottle, then this will work.

What makes this water bottle particularly suited for men? Are my weak, female arms not suitable for such a large water bottle?

I am a woman seeking a bottle exactly like this (I’m going to buy it!) for camping so that I can pee in my tent at night, for use with my shewee, which is a female urination device. I like this bottle because it’s small enough to fit in my bag, has a good solid top so it won’t leak in my bag when I take it to be emptied, it’s tall enough that when I pee into it there won’t be splash back. Maybe that was the intended purpose, hence it’s suitability to men? Honestly, I cannot even find that reference you’re talking about, it must’ve been removed.

Will it fit in a backpack designated side pocket?

It honestly depends on the size of the pocket. It’s a tall bottle and wider than the average size water bottle that is normally in the backpack pockets. It’s a great bottle so maybe you could attach it to your backpack with a carabiner clip. Worth a try!

Reviews & Experience

J. Reynolds: Have Purchased this 48 Oz Water Bottle and Reviewed that “Very efficient footprint to ounces ratio” I like that these take them very small put print on my desk, but hold a lot of water at the same time. These can be a little bit hard to drink from especially when you only have a little bit of water left in the bottom it’s much easier to drink from when it’s full but once it is nearly empty, the water has to travel further so it makes it a little bit harder to drink from
